We found the Yoga Expo to be wonderful.  The atmosphere was calm - even though there were lots of people.  It seemed far more intimate and focused than other similar festivals.  Our booth was busy from beginning to end.  Thanks for a great day.

There is so little opportunity for genuine cross-denominational community gatherings in the yoga fraternity that it was a delight to participate in the Yoga Expo both as an exhibitor on behalf of the YTAA and as a teacher in one of the demonstration classes. The crowds were huge, friendly, curious and it was a total blast from start to finish because it was immaculately organised (well done) and so nice to reconnect with so many yoga friends from workshops past.
One of my bug-bears in the Sydney yoga scene is how little we really practice the "oneness" that we preach, but this event epitomises what it should be about: yoga for everyone without commercial fear or favour, making its wisdom accessible to the world, and allowing friendships and genuine community to arise within the wonderful event called Yoga Expo.
I already have email inquiries from friends in WA wanting to attend next year and make it part of their holiday in Sydney so expectations are high for the next one!

Lastly as a member of the YTAA National executive, we are keen to see if we can help you or encourage you in any way to consider a similar event in Melbourne, as well as to offer to assist anyway we can for Sydney Expo 2008. We are the largest Association of independent yoga teachers in Australia with around 1100 teacher members and numerous schools and are very keen to support this event in the future.

Wharf 8 is a perfect venue to stage your event,
along with a perfect day weather wise, and excellent catering especially organised by the Green Gourmet from Newtown.

Thanks again for the superb stand, we all had a great time.
From the onset being greeted in a friendly manner by management and your staff and then the continuous liaison.

I trust it was a successful venture for all of you and your love of Yoga.

It was well organized, and in my opinion more relaxed than last year. The atmosphere on that day was enjoyable.
Also thanks to the volunteers who helped setting up all the stalls…the big tent outside was a great idea.
You give us the chance every year to help us promote the benefits of Yoga to all. We really appreciate all the effort that you do to make this happen.
The coming together at the end was a nice round up of the Expo, enhancing the Yoga community.
Thanks also for organizing the events before hand. The meeting in the Art Gallery, and especially the Yoga Aid Challenge had been a great preparation.
I think the Yoga Aid challenge was one of the highlights of this week. This Event created a great and uplifting atmosphere for a beautiful purpose.
