REFUND POLICY FOR EXHIBITORS
- Full payment is payable upon application for a stall and fully refunded immediately if the applicant is not accepted into the Expo.
- If the balance of the stall fee is not received by the notified Due Date, a stallholder’s place may be offered to someone on a waiting list. The stallholder may forfeit the deposit if the place isn’t taken up by another applicant.
- If a stallholder withdraws from the Expo after payment of full fees, the following refund policy applies.*
- If the stallholder withdraws 28 days or more prior to Expo commencement, the stallholder will receive a full refund of all monies paid, minus an administration fee of $100.
- If the stallholder withdraws 15-27 days prior to the Expo commencement, the stallholder will receive 75% of the full Expo fee, minus an administration fee of $100.
- If the stallholder withdraws 8-14 days prior to Expo commencement, the stallholder will receive 50% of the full Expo fee, minus an administration fee of $100.
- If the stallholder withdraws 1-7 days prior to Expo commencement or withdraws after the Expo starts, the stallholder will receive no refund.
* 2. 3. and 4. will apply ONLY in the event that the place is not taken up by another stallholder on the waiting list. A $100 administration fee would be payable if it is.
